Oil Change & Complimentary Multi-point Inspection My 1st olive change was complimentary. I the tire rotation was included in the deal. I was not aware that it was not included; therefore; I set up a separate appointment to have my tires rotated on another date non-complimentary.

ms. Washington My overall experience was fantastic unlike the last trip I had there. I am very happy to say I am glad to see they have brought back the WONDERFUL and OUTSTANDING Mr. Chad back who is a great service guy. Horrible Service I came to the dealership for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. After the services my tire pressure was low. I brought the car back to the dealership. The technician told me it was because of the weather. I leave the dealership and have a flat. I have to bring it back to the dealership and they are trying to charge me to buy a new tire. I will never come back.

Purchase Experience I bought my previous vehicle from Allstar (2012 Nissan 370z) and that was a great experience. I am presently trying to trade in and purchase the 2015 Colorado. That experience is going well but incomplete, We are in the negotiating process.
