We were really disappointed with our home inspection. We signed a contract stating that for $300 we would receive a full home inspection, including a detailed report and the inspection would be completed by Charles Tolbert. The day before our scheduled inspection we received an email stating that Charles would not be doing the inspection and his assistant would be (Dwayne). Chuck walked me through everything and did an outstanding job explaining things to me as a first time home buyer. I had two home inspections done through him, and on each one he was friendly, punctual, and was able to answer any question I had. He had a depth of knowledge that went beyond what a normal inspector would have. I highly recommend Chuck to anyone who wants to know their prospective home - top to bottom.
