I've called on Chuck numerous times and he has always been polite & courteous. When I don't catch him on the phone, he promptly returns calls. May I make a suggestion? If you're thinking about selling your home, get it inspected first. Discover the problems your buyer will find in advance, so that you can remedy any problems and not scare your buyer away. Chuck is a good person to do business with and he inspects homes and commercial properties too.
