Technician explained thoroughly what was wrong with the garage door. Even showed us a video. He got busy replacing the necessary parts and had it up and going in an hour or so. I felt the price was reasonable as the opener was old. He did an excellent job.

Technician is super nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job! He was very thorough with the maintenance on our garage door and we had to fix some things, but it wasn't terribly more expensive. It's worth the price so I don't have an accident while trying to get my car in and out of the garage.
