Customer We bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Express crew cab. Our salesman Bob Hauptman was recommended to us by another customer. Working with him was a good experience. He was very professional and down to earth. At some dealerships, you encounter high pressure salesmen who make you feel uncomfortable. Bob was not pushy. Ryan Jackson, sales manager, gave us the deal we couldn't refuse. I taught him in high school, so he knew I expected a straight forward sales approach.
