Hate isn't the word here...infuriated over my oil change and insufficient tightening of the oil drain plug, resulting in the eventual loss of said plug and total loss of engine oil while driving! This could have serious and very expensive consequences for my engine! Yet upon calling and notifying this business while at the repair shop, I was treated with disrespect and ridiculed for insinuating that they could be responsible for negligence. Took my jdog company truck there January 25th and the service was excellent. All of the employees I spoke with were courteous and professional. Would recommend this to friends and family members!
