They wouldn't wash my Jeep cause of an aftermarket front bumper
NOT impressed at all $100 service well done for wax and detail cleaning, inside the vehicle I can honestly say that I am not a professional at cleaning cars but I do a better job at cleaning my own car with the chemicals I use. The gentlemen cleaning my car was using Window cleaner for the inside of the car and cleaning the windows and inside with same rag he used to clean wax off the outside of the car.
This is probably one of the worst car wash facilities that I have ever been to. They have poor customer service. They overcharge for shoddy work. They will damage your vehicle and will not offer an apology or admit any wrongdoing. Customer service from the top down is lacking and poor. I will never take my business here again. I have interior damage to my vehicle that I now have to pay for thanks to them. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Brought in my car yesterday. Someone had vomited in the back seat. Employee named Kyle did a fantastic job. They went beyond what I had expected. The back seat looks brand new. Thank you so much.
Warning to customers All seasons car wash& express lube caused damage to my vehicle as a result of a car wash Manager & owner will not take responsibility for the damage & of all things offered a free car wash to make up for damage just caused due to giving my car a car wash. they do not care about correcting the damage or satisfying customers.
awesome service as always... love this place...it's the only place I go to wash my car...
Came through for an exterior and interior wash. Management is very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us a walking tour of the tunnel wash process, as well as a close-up look at materials used. Quality control is closely monitored and backed by video. Having been here for 8+ years, these guys are a staple in the community and we are more than satisfied with the services they provide.
