Vacuum was great! In fact, It is very strong suction... thought I was going to lose my jacket in it...
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They broke our passenger mirror off our car and denied responsibility arguing it wasn’t their fault because there must have been a pre existing condition. However, the mirror was in proper condition. Additionally, we requested a full cleaning of the interior of the car and they didn’t clean the carpets. We spoke with the owner who denied responsibility so we will forced to take legal action.
Two hours for a detail. The attendant did a decent job, although he missed my rearview mirror and the driver side mirror. Also, when I got home, the passenger side of my van had to be wiped down due to all these black marks, which looked like rubber. When I brought the length of time to the attention of the cashier, she went and got the manager who told me that it was not normal to take this long. That was it. No offer to make it right. HUGE long scratch down the side of my Range Rover....manager of course denied it. My family has owned 3 carwashes. He accused me of lying. He could've buffed out the scratch but refused. STAY AWAY!!!!
My wife leaves the house to get a quick car wash - then immediately comes home. Our vehicle was scratched... She went immediately back to address the issue with this business. She asked if they would buff out the scratches or in some way make it right. This business did not own up to it at all. Further, they were not professional when dealing with this - at all.
