John inspected my house about a year ago and he steered me wrong on several things that were wrong with the house. The basement had several leaks in it and John did not identify. He suggested getting a dehumidifier and that would clear up the mold in the basement. The bathtub had a couple leaks and John said was an easy fix. All the plumbing had to be replaced. Get someone else to pick inspect your house. John will give you bad advice which will cost you. I wouldn't have bought my house if I had a proper inspection
