John was such a thorough and informative inspector. The report system they have is very informative and user friendly. The report is detailed with photos and even has recommendations for contractors for certain projects! I also love that they offer a warranty. I would most definitely recommend to family and friends!

Just had a home inspection with John, he was super personable, super professional, and super thorough. He told me the good the bad and the ugly, but he explained everything in a way that was understandable and approachable for any home owner. He made the process enjoyable even though it can be stressful! He treated the home with respect to both the current owner and me the buyer! We are so appreciative of the wonderful and thorough job John did for us today. He was prompt and afterwards sat down with us and went through what he found including images with arrows and videos! I was pleasantly surprised how thorough he was! Thank you for walking us through, as first time home owners it’s great to know what we’re looking for! Definitely recommend John and his company to first time home owners as well as seasoned house buying veterans!
