Tim was very thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job. He was easy to communicate with and is also text friendly for those of us who find it easier to coordinate through text messages. Our inspection report was complete with videos, pictures, necessary repairs, safety concerns, and helpful tips to improve and maintain the condition of our home. I definitely recommend AIHI to anyone looking for a good quality inspection and peace of mind.
