I cannot thank Tim enough for the home inspection he did for us. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. Tim took the time to read my lengthy emails and texts, responding to every question and was available to talk on the phone when needed. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but having Tim available to assist is such a relief. Thank you so much, Tim!!!

My wife and I recently utilized All Islands Home Inspections to perform an inspection for our first home purchase. As you can imagine this is a stressful time and having someone as professional and thorough as Tim to perform the inspection set our minds at ease. I cannot imagine a more thorough and helpful inspection. And the interactive nature of the his report is great in that it allows you to make a repair list among other things.

Tim is absolutely at the top of his game. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch home inspector in the San Juan area. He is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and sincere. Tim is local, incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. What's more, all his communications are prompt, so scheduling an inspection is a breeze, and he always gets his reports back to my clients within 24 hours, though it's usually less.
