Tim was not only professional and extremely thorough in his inspection, he was PERSONABLE---we were treated with great kindness and respect throughout the process! Ok I am doing a va cash out refi the name brand bug guys droped the ball 4 times on me and my lender called Tim told him i had emergency situation lost a week waiting on others to just forget to put me in for inspection he went out of his way to squeeze me in power went out here still showed up as promised super services from a local guy always better then others he is now in my bankers list of contacts for this area hope She will send him business
