My car was partially destroyed by fire. What the fire didn't damage - these fucktard tow drivers managed to destroy anyways. 10/10 shit company.
Least professional group of people ive ever dealt with.
Terrible! Towed my brothers car. Told me they had told the officer on scene the window was smashed and stuff was missing inside. When I called HPD the officer got in touch with the officer who called in the car and said the window was NOT broken. On the invoice I got from All Island, it says they were dispatched at 6am, police said they had the car at 5am. Officer also said this company is known for being shady. Don't leave your car unattended if you break down in Kapolei!
The absolute Worst customer service! Had to file a BBB Complaint to try and get a copy of an invoice. After giving them all the info needed to find my invoice they still refused to give it.
