Elisha is an exceptional massage therapist. I have seen a ton of different therapist from Mt. Sterling to Lexington and even further! She is amazing! I actually just booked with her on a whim because my usual was closed and even my second was lol but am I glad I did, she is now MY therapist. I get a 90 min massage once a week. Most don't understand what this does for your body and wellbeing. Yes it does feel good and it's relaxing but it's about taking care of yourself.
