I’m going to write a very quick overview and a word of warning. Over the past few years we remodeled our entire house inside and out. We have worked with dozens of contractors and service providers. This is the only negative review I’ve written. Long story short, last month we had a flood in our basement. It was enough water to ruin the baseboards and carpet in our entire 1600 sq ft finished basement. I wish I’d sedated myself and let the dog deal with the appointment At the beginning of this week I called Al-Flo Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have my reverse osmosis filters changed. I verified twice during the call that the plumber would bring the filters along. Of course he didn’t bring the filters along. When finding the filters locally proved impossible he said he’d order the parts and return to install on Tuesday.
