I have emailed you 4 times about my order for 6 ****" x ****" x 1" Merv 11 filters, you sent ******" x ******" x 1", these are the wrong size and can't be inserted in my vent without bending and breaking the border, they are of no use. I submitted a complaint to you and want either a refund or filters that comply with my request. Given your poor product quality and lack of response I would not purchase from you again.

We purchased a Filtration system from Amazon which within 4 months was discontinued. They obviously reduced the price to get the system sold before discontinuing without disclosing this. The filters were unavailable to purchase more and the only solution is to buy different filters that are a lesser quality of Filtration. Very unsatisfied with the choice for ****** which is our full time home.
