Our water filter was easy to find through the All Filters website (finding our specific part on Amazon resulted in lots of frustrated swearing). To my delight I was able to pay for my prize with my Amazon account which gave me peace of mind as I'm always cautious about sharing our information.I received regular tracking updates and my filter arrived as promised. I will definitely purchase from All Filters in the future.
I received notice that my order would be delivered on the 16th however, it was delivered a day early (15 th)Needless to say that I am extremely satisfied with All filters and I look forward to continuing my association with them They have the products I need and their prices are very reasonable.

I have emailed you 4 times about my order for 6 ****" x ****" x 1" Merv 11 filters, you sent ******" x ******" x 1", these are the wrong size and can't be inserted in my vent without bending and breaking the border, they are of no use. I submitted a complaint to you and want either a refund or filters that comply with my request. Given your poor product quality and lack of response I would not purchase from you again.
