I became a patient of Matthews Family Dentistry in the last 6 months. While the change was the result of a job change and move, I am very impressed with their professional service. This was my 2nd visit. The first was an emergency issue and they worked me into the schedule on the same day. Mathews Family Dentistry treat us as a family. They care about our needs. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Doctors has the knowledge of the treatment they are giving to the patients, explain it to them and follow up on treatments. we like it.
Arrived early due to unfamiliarity with location and was prepared to wait a while but was seen a bit before my appt. time. Was welcomed warmly. I'm a senior citizen and was not rushed - Assistant and Hygenist were kind and patient. They explained each procedure clearly. Dr. Patel also was very kind and professional, I'm completely satisfied that I chose this practice.
MFD always exceeds my expectations. The staff is efficient and friendly. Drs. Patel and Kashyap always put my family's care first. Highly recommend them to anyone.
I love that I can schedule a 7:50AM appt and especially that I am in that chair by 8AM! Always happy to have the same hygentist and I never, ever feel rushed! I was able to ask questions about my care, but also about my son's teeth (also a patient here). I always feel like everyone in that office wants my experience to be positive and I appreciate that.
I was nervous going into the dental office, but the healthcare professional working on my teeth was fast, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable despite having not been to the dentist since my wisdom teeth were taken out. I will be going back to them for my check up, and probably as long as I live near Matthews, NC.
I had a problem with a partial denture that I received long before I joined this practice. They took me right in, treated my immediate needs, and provided a quote should I need to replace the partial denture. Quick, caring, prompt and thorough - they are the best and my family and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Dr. Patel has great patient interactions. He is thorough with his work and helps to reduce anxiety. He works well with teenagers as well as adults.
Normally dentist visit is scary but I had great feelings after my visit. Staff was honest and very accommodative.
