Very overpriced service and the sales folks always try to upsell you. Purchased my prescription glasses from them (over $900 total) and recently went to get some new clothes and lens cleanser (they said it’s free when I purchased my glasses back in 2023), and the sales girl almost want to refuse giving me the cleaning cloths and cleanser saying they don’t normally give it out for free (when another sales associate stated I can get those whenever back in 2023) ... Both staff were so nice, Javidd and Dr. Chikodi Uzuana helped me out so much. Dr. Chikodi, I felt went through everything with me and I left feeling like she really cared. Also Javidd helped me a lot with picking out what shape of glasses would best fit me. Thanks a lot I will defiantly be back!
Broke my Meta glasses and the clinic helped me get a brand new pair through warranty with no stress at all. Staff were friendly, clear about the process, and took care of everything quickly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing help with glasses or warranty issues.
