I had an emergency with my contacts and was able to get a pair of contacts really quick. The customer service was amazing! They were quick and efficient and helped me out as i needed them right away and i was happy they were able to help me out! I would definitely recommend:) thankyou!!!!
Store associate, Sumaya, is the reason behinds the 5 stars. She provides such a phenomenal service to clients. Making them feel very welcoming. She would go the extra mile to help & assist in every aspect. I had a slight issue with one of my glasses which I had purchased last October but she was very welcoming to fix it at no extra cost and with a happy face!! They lock you in the store while you’re browsing, I’m pretty sure that’s against safety and fire codes. I tried on a few frames and didn’t like anything, but when I was walking out, one of their sales agents tried to take my own frames off my face. I had to back off and tell them they were mine. Weird experience. Will not be shopping here again. Edit: There isn’t a secondary exit door so when this business locks their doors, they are preventing staff and customers to exit in case of an emergency. This is illegal. I will be r... read more
