Update: Once they finally brought my car back from the Honda dealership, I was told they couldn't complete the alignment because they "didn't have the right tools" according to the service advisor. I was charged for an alignment that was never completed. Service has gone downhill since the Steele purchase. I have my car in for summer tires and an alignment. I was surprised to learn upon arrival this could take 4-5 hours. I had banked on 2 or 3 hours and hadn't arranged for someone to pick me up so I decided to wait. Found ou... read more
