Terrible, terrible company. They changed manager's for my property while I was trying to rent it out and they never told me until I called 3 weeks into the process. During this time the new manager didn't show my house because she was "too busy" with catching up on other cases. Then when something needs to be fixed they will call their "affordable" companies they always use and charge an arm and a leg and bill you before you ever have a chance to say no and to get a second opinion from another company.
