Poor communication/poor management. As an owner I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. I believe the person who feels that the 5 stars are posted by friends or employees of the company is probably correct There is a huge discrepancy between them. Why are there only 1 star and 5 star reviews? Suspicious.

I wish I could give a zero star review. Every time we try to make a maintenance request, we have to contact them at least three times before they will even acknowledge it. They will never follow up on any issue, with you, their contractors, or the property owner. For the last 10 months I have been paying for a house with AC. However, due to terrible construction, the ductwork is too small to actually cool our home. We have pets, and there is a legitimate concern that they will overheat during the days while we are at work.... read more

My unit in Colorado Springs has been managed by All County for the past three years, and Scott and his staff have handled the leasing, cleaning, and maintenance of this condo superbly. Sine I live over one thousand miles away, I particularly appreciate how their performance has relieved my of concerns. My queries are answered within a day, and they handle routine matters automatically without my involvement. I just finished my taxes, and appreciated how their detailed reports allowed me to quickly complete the paperwork. ... read more

I applied and was accepted to rent but they had "squatters" that were friends of the prevois tenants that they didn't do anything about getting them out. I needed to move in asap so when they finally got them out I started moving in putting my things in the non carpeted area so they could shampoo them. The home was not gone through but when I had to break my lease early they sent me a cleaning bill of $225.00 for things that I paid a cleaning service to do and I did cleaning also. I would give this place 0 stars they took our app fee of 80 but didn't even process our app!!I didn't listen to the reviews... They are right don't believe it still? We went in with a camera.. All county scams utube watch Jim talk to people like nothing...

I give this company 0 stars!my husband and I were moving from grand junction to Colorado springs we really liked a property we paid for our application fee....well not only did they not process our application they didn't even let us know the property was taken $80!!well we are legally entitled to it since they didn't even processed it..I've read the reviews and they are right the good reviews are fake!!so what we did was go in the building with a camera...
