CubeSmart has shady business practices and makes it impossible to reach anyone for help. They are taking advantage of their customers and have really left us in a bad position and are offering no help whatsoever. My mother and I moved, and she rented a unit for us at the CubeSmart in Miramar Beach, FL. She thought it was an okay deal. In August, I rented a unit at the CubeSmart in Miramar Beach, FL. My original rate was $178.20 per month, and it was raised to $231 without any clear notice — a 29.6% increase. When I called CubeSmart anonymously on December 1, I was quoted $154.20 for the exact same unit size I already have. I spoke with the on-site manager, Lisa, who said she emailed District Manager Eugene Ware about my situation and later said she left him voicemails. I also left him a voicemail. Hands down best storage facility ive ever been to! Kellie went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Amazing customer service!!
I had a great experience signing up for storage unit here. The staff at the Miramar Beach location were very accommodating to show me various sized units and answer my questions. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I will continue to do business here as long as I require a storage unit.
