I called them to have their $149.00 service. The technician serviced and said that a copastor showed drawing high amps and should be replaced. I gave the OK and when he finished and gave me the bill for the $149.00 service call the copastor price was $377.00. Later I checked around town for the price of the 55/5 copastor ranged from $15 to $18 for the same brand and part. I had a whistle sound coming from my air air conditioner. The repairman said he would have to replace a part that costs $800.00 dollars to fix it. I had another man come out. He said all I needed was to change my air filters. That cost me $110.00! In addition the second repairman said that the part the first guy said needing replacing had an emergency switch that would shut the whole thing off if it broke down. We have a unit that we got from All Climate 18 years ago, so his comprehensive and thoughtful evaluation was especially appreciated. Everything is working great and we know that if there is a problem that good service is available. Thank you, All Climate!
The technician, Steven O*****, was polite and professional. He got right to the job at hand which was to check our HVAC unit in preparation to running the heater this fall and winter. Following the service Steven went over everything he did. There were no problems with the unit so no repairs were needed at this time.

We rest easier at our house knowing that if we have a problem with our air conditioning or heating unit that All Climate will take care of it with the twice a year check up and servicing, emergency calls and trouble shooting. This fall, Nate was especially thorough in identifying and resolving a heating problem. Thank you, All Climate!
