Staff are friendly enough but service has slipped since new management has taken over. Act like they are doing you a favour, not like your a paying customer!
Really disappointed in this company as previously, have had great experiences with them for over 12 months. Unfortunately their customer service department is letting them down now and the non responsive attitude to emails and phone messages has resulted in me going elsewhere for my regular pool service.
Most useless service ever, booked in 3 times. 1st time guy said he would come out and do a cash job on the weekend, didn’t show, second time yes we will get someone out there this week, third time no one shows and I get told oh we don’t know much about those pumps anyway. The guy didn’t even know how to prime it on the first visit we had. The lady on the phone was complaining that she works 3 jobs and has kids and she still turns up to work but others get to have the day off!!
The demeanour of the staff working there is just disgusting!
First visit today - very helpful, reasonable price.
