I've lived here for several years and have had a positive experience overall. Mario the property manager has been responsive, and keeps the property well maintained.Rent is fairly priced, and the approval process is very quick. I especially love the location and convenient access to public transportation. You will find everything you need is on this street!
Horrible management. Hard to reach
All around management was excellent! Russ was especially helpful, informative, and responsive to all my concerns
I had to update my review. It’s been a yr now that I lived here and I’m happy with property maintenance. Although there is pests it is well controlled. The property is nice, fair pricing for rent and speedy approval process. I love the location. Just be aware u need a parking permit. I recently renewed my lease.
