I had to update my review. It’s been a yr now that I lived here and I’m happy with property maintenance. Although there is pests it is well controlled. The property is nice, fair pricing for rent and speedy approval process. I love the location. Just be aware u need a parking permit. I recently renewed my lease.
It is infuriating doing business with these people. I have tried contacting them multiple times for MONTHS about different things (issues getting my mail box open, quarters being eaten by machine, etc.) and there are no responses ever!! Do yourself a favor and go do business with people who actually care what u have to say
I had to update my review. Property Management may look nice, application process easy, affordable housing, however they have Rats & Giant Flying Cockroaches and residential parking permit is required. Let me tell you I lived here since October it is now May first time seeing cockroach. I was not aware of issues before moving in. I am trying to move out before my lease is up in Oct due to health concerns. I would not move here.
