Not happy, my 5 month old daughter is sick with high fever and bad cough. Staff has been extremely lack luster and rough when looking at her like she's 5 years not 5 months. While I appreciate knowing exactly what's wrong with my baby I'm upset at the bedside manner the staff has and how stingy they are, gave us a hard time about giving her Tylenol and some Pedialyte.
I am friends with a young married Amish couple from Pennsylvania. The wife is more than 8 months into her pregnancy...her first pregnancy.....and the baby is in trouble. Dr. David Kays, one of your physicians has reviewed the medical records and spoken to the parents. He believes he can help. Unfortunately, your hospital will not admit her unless, first, they pay to you more than $300,000. And you want an additional payment in excess of $300,000 after she is admitted. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this hospital. Thank you All Children's Hospital PICU staff for allowing God to use you in saving my newborns life. She is currently still there but my confidence in the staff allows my wife and I to rest at night while we go through these hard times. I am forever in debt to you.
We had an amazing experience in the NICU at All Childrens! From the doctors to the nurses to the security guards to the people in the cafeteria, everyone we encountered was so sweet, helpful and supportive! This hospital is the reason we were able to bring home our sweet son healthy and we are so grateful! Our two primary nurses Kailey Gay and Stephanie Hall were our angels! Took my daughter to have an out patient procedure the services was horrib from the services desk on down to the pharmacy terrible!!!!!!!!
