Wonderful place!
I love that certain people are truly concerned for the welfare of children. It would be nice if more people made contributions, ie donations or volunteering time to these institutions. It would benefit us all. Thanks for bring this to our attention Kimber. You are amazing!
I pray I don’t have to ever use their ER again. My 22 month old had on and off fever for 3 days and screaming in pain. I wasn’t able to get into her dr in time so I told her to all Childrens, they broke the fever and told me she is constipated and sent us home. Next day, fevers again and threw up the medicine, so I take her back in and they did zofran and Tylenol at triage so by the time the dr saw her he said nothings wrong go home. My complaint is about the billing department. I am very disappointed with how my account is being handled by your organization. We had our baby at Brandon Regional Hospital and I had my MFM appointments there. Sometime in May, we received a call saying that there was payment pending on our account. We have had a conference call with your representative and United Health Care and were told that the billing information was not similar on both ends. The staff is amazing and through our entire 5 month stay I knew my son was being well cared for even while I wasn't there. Also a shout out to our AMAZING case manager through the exit process. Jennifer is wonderful and really went the extra mile to help us and still does even now that we are home. Thank you all!!
I have had two appointments so far with John Hopkins Children’s in Pasco with the audiology department for my child to get a hearing aid. The process was very easy. We love the staff and all of them were able to assist us when no one else could. I will recommend John Hopkins to all my friends and family!
