I love the staff but this is my third time asking for someone to correct a billing error. Last year I was sued over a bill I didn’t owe and this year they sent me to collections for yet ANOTHER bill I don’t owe. I call and call and I am told to call back in two weeks. The bill is for radiology that I don’t even believe my son had! I have asked that they correct this issue for months now and I’m passed from person to person or they do not call back as they promise. My son is special needs and I have a full time job of my own.... read more
RecommendedThe staff was absolutely amazing from the time we walked into the door, very professional but also caring. They did everything they could to keep my daughter comfortable & to make sure she was taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a better PCT, Nurses, anesthesiologist & Optometrist Kevin Greenidge! because kids that are really hurt have to wait for kids with a cold. over 2 hr wait time. next time I will just call a ambulance
Shout out to All Children’s for being really autism friendly. It’s very nice to not have to worry as much about my son’s autism related stuff and to be able to focus on his physical health while he is in the hospital. The staff have been great with him and with asking exactly what he needs and responds best to and what to avoid doing. They even brought him a box of sensory toys when he started to get upset. Every issue that has been presented they have had a quick solution for and provided it willingly and with kindness.
Dr sponseller staff are unprofessional. They gave me and my husband two different addresses and times. You can’t contact them without leaving a message first and waiting 48 hours for a return call. Out of the several calls I made, only one got a call returned. Dr sponseller also will make you wait 5 hours past your appointment time without even an apology. This is the best place for so many children to become healthy. And the best place, especially, for CDH. Congratulations on the CCDH on the 8th floor opening today. And thank you for my grandson’s life.
I cannot say enough about JHACH. Every DR, nurse, therapist and specialist we came into contact with the 3 months we were there for our daughter born with CDH was amazing. To this day it still feels like home. I look forward to our trips there for follow up appointments. I instantly calm upon seeing the hospital and that is no small feat. Thank you JHACH
I’m still waiting on a phone call from my son’s social worker. I think the last time we spoke was March or April 2018!! Smdh!! 🤷🏽♂️ .~~~Team Isaiah cancer suck~~~
