Got at all children's @11:00 am A hour later they got my daughter a room , after waiting another hour a doctor came to see my daughter, she came asked a couple question , didn't check my daughter ears,nose,throat to say better she didn't touch my kid and said that was probably a virus, but if she was with something else how she will know if she didn't even check my kid ? I don't know what is going on with All Childrens' but it's unfortunate. I recieved a letter stating an appointment we had had to be rescheduled- that's fine, life happens even for doctors, I know that- but it took me THREE WEEKS to get in touch with a human being to attempt to reschedule, and then I was told I was sent the letter by accident, and that my appointment was still good- we think. Maybe? could be?? and don't even try to handle billing issues- which are never ending and impossible to resolve- I just received a bill... read more
I absolutely love love love All Children's Hospital. my daughter was in pain for almost 10 years with her old pediatrician, and when I finally got her into All Children's Hospital they told me that same day my daughter has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis the doctors are amazing, they're loving, their understanding, and they know what they're talking about, and they give you all the information you need for anything. they are the best support system any mother with a child with special needs, needs. All children's hospital has been my first choice for specialized care needed by my two sons. Although the facility and most of the doctors seem nice, my feelings have started to change. EVERY time I visit this hospital I have issues afterwards. The people that work in the billing seem incompetent, either they charge me as if I don't have insurance (which I do), they can't find my referrals and Bill me as if I don't have one, or my insurance is charged an extreme amount of money for blowing bubbles in the emergency room.
