To whom it may concern, I was in the EC with my 3yr old son Tuesday afternoon for a laceration on his head. What started off as a great experience with the triage nurse ( I say this loosely given the stressful nature of why we were there) and then the beginning of the visit in the EC room. Every single person we met: the housekeeping staff, cafeteria, techs, nurses, doctors & surgeons went above and beyond for my family. We were traveling out of state when my daughter was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. I can't say enough about the neurosurgery team that works with Dr. Rodriguez and the hematology/oncology team with Dr. Stapleton. They are the best doctors we could have asked for!! This is the best place in the world for your child to be if they are sick or something happens and has to have surgery. I can't praise the nurses and doctors enough for being there for Krystina through her surgery and then after. Thank you so much.

Great hospital my baby girl had surgery by Dr Hess and have to say him and his team did such an amazinh job...The medical team a plus!!They treated us as family very understanding helpful and very caring...
My son was injured and we went to the ER. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left I could not have asked for better care. The ER staff and the staff on floor 7 were phenomenal. My son could not have been in better hands. I was so impressed with how well everyone worked together and I never overheard any negative comments. From the staff in the cafeteria to housekeeping, nurses, techs, physicians - the level of care and compassion went beyond my expectations. Thank you for taking excellent care of my son.
We took my daughter into the ER last night for multiple abscesses. Dr. Lord, RN Angela and PCT Nathan were amazing. They comforted my daughter during and after a very painful I&D. The experience overall was fantastic minus the circumstances. I will not go anywhere else for emergency care.
