It was awesome THE staff are great and the wait was minimal.
It seems if not doing therapy they start treating you like your not worth there time ..front desk especially the black lady with the low cut are extremely nice and professional.. The african doctor lady thinks she better then the air we breath..guess you have to take the good with the bad
I love it there outside of the receptionist... She was a bit rude when I called once... Other then that after 10 years of pain doctors I've had the best results from there... The clinic's I used to have would get you in and out and weren't doing anything to help so I don't mind the wait.. Oh and the chiropractor is my best friend
As of yesterday which was my 2nd time going my appointment was@1030am I didn't walk out that door until 2pm was very upset about that...But on the other hand I got to see the chiropractor and after 1 1/2yrs.of not knowing&dealing with my back problems I'm thankful for him because I know now what's really going on..I give 5 star's to the chiropractor
I like the doctor I see and 99% of the staff are really nice and hopefull. My biggest complaint is how rude and disrespectful the receptionist is. I go every 2 weeks and the receptionist attitude seem to be worse each time. She makes me feel like she hates her job so she takes it out on the patients. The receptionist needs to be replaced with someone that has a great attitude and wants to be there.
The waits have been bad especially if you have a bad back...going on my 3rd visit next month.Drs & nurses are awesome .Just wished you could get thru there faster....
I have been going there for 2 years. I'm very satisfied with them. True sometimes you might have to be there for an hour and a half but it's worth the wait. I get my injection in my back and I'm on my way.
Had a few bumps in the road, but they got straightened out.
Made A appointment for 10a.m. and they didn't get to see me in till 2:30 PM. They act like people have no life at all and have no respect for people's time. Not only that but they didn't even do what I asked them to do after I waited over 4 hours. This place is very unprofessional!! Btw... Don't bring anyone with you because you will be standing for hours because they have no chairs.
