Scheduled Tony to come out and quote shutter put up and take down service (In prep for a storm). Scheduled for 8:30am so I stayed home from work to meet him. I called at 8:25 to make sure we were on for our 8:30. I said "Just calling to make sure we are on track for our 8:30 appointment." His response "Ill be there in about 30-35 minutes". I said "We had an appointment for 8:30?" He said "call someone else sir" and hung up. LOL.
