We love love love everyone there! They are so great, our dog Gumbo actually gets so excited to go!! Weather it be for a routine checkup or a full blown emergency after hours they always make us feel like family and take the very best care of our big guy!! Thank you so much!!
I feel that I was dropped as a client with all five of my pets, because I disagreed with what I was told from one visit to the next. do do that I was upset and of course not a good person. I did apologize to everyone as I left but I received all my animals records except one and the mail for days later. there was a letter from Lisa Bransom stating they no longer had a relationship with me. I visited Dr. Humphries and Team for both of my fur babies. Dr. Humphries is outstanding and the team is professional, kind, and accommodating. I'm very happy my fur babies have the BEST in Key West! <3

What a joke. This clinic calls the day before a procedure on our dog to inform us that they ( Doctor ) needs to do a complete physical. Of course this means they want full price for that physical, and will not do the scheduled procedure without it. Now, keep in mind that they waited less than 24 hours prior to let us know, and did the original physical to begin with! All animal clinic has taken care of Nina since she was a half a pound I’ve spent alot of money but it was well worth it and will continue if I have to there staff is very nice takes care of my baby everytime❤️❤️Thank you very much each and every one of you all
