Worst experience at the Lawton Oklahoma location. Everything in the tunnel slamming against my vehicle. Got scratches and paint chips all over my vehicle. Manager gives attitude. Does not know how to deal with someone who has a disability. Told me I could walk through tunnel and see how everything works even though I use a cane. Said it’s not from their wash when it was. Will not repair the damages caused. The manager acted like it was all a joke.
