I have gotten more than my share of mud on my truck while hunting, recently. I buy the $18 wash with my Rider Raider discount card (-$3). If for some reason all the mud doesn't the first time, then they have been more than gracious and run my F-350 back through, free of charge. Now, that's good customer service.
Two times through and did not get bug residue off. Attendant said they couldn't get it clean if he sent me through 20 times. Why did you take my money if you can't do the job?
Will NEVER use the car wash again!! And manager sucks! Will find out his name too! I wouldn't even give the car wash 1 star!!
Went to the one at kell and McNeil on 3 different occasions each time I paid for the $18 car wash and everyti they gave me the wrong one and I had to go through again. On the last occasion I purchased the same $18 car wash had to go through 3 times and still did not get the car wash i paid for!! This company will cheat you out of your money if they can so don't go here, I'm glad we are out of the drought now I can wash my own car.
