They did a great job! I was also super impressed by their honesty. They found a $20 bill under the front seat and gave it to me! They received a $20 tip. 🙂
Been going for oil changes and car washes since I moved here to Wichita Falls in 2009 and they Always give excellent service!
The crew off of Southwest went above and beyond today to make sure that I left Happy. I wasn't aware that one of the packages changed and no longer offered a certain service, however they were very understanding and serviced my vehicle. Made my day easier and saved me time, thank you for your excellent customer service!

Just purchased the $60 All American wash was not pleased at all , water spots all on the truck , wheels were not cleaned, came home cleaned it myself..lesson learned..
