Solar battery install I want to say **** did a great job installing my battery system. I did not realize the scope of changes needed. He did a lot of good work and I am pleased with the install.

We spent a fortune on solar 4 years ago. All went fine while we were being sold to. All went fine with the solar. The problem comes down the road when you try to deal with this company.We were told that when we changed the roof (which was going to need to be done soon) they would remove and replace the panels free. - REALITY They wanted to charge $5k.When we found a cheaper bid, they told us that we would no longer be covered under warranty because they didn't do the replacement.!!!They also said that they would come out ann... read more

BEWARE!!! do not fall victim to All American Solar: owner… Brandon ****. I signed up almost 2 months ago for them to put solar on my newly purchased commercial property. They ran into a minor issue with getting a permit… I Have patiently waited for two months, although after finding out that they have made zero attempts to try to fix the permitting issue, I have decided that I did not feel comfortable moving forward with this company. My Pool Heater is not leaking now and is heating. So everything is FINALLY done. The situation I described on 10/25/2023 is now resolved. I can't say I'm totally happy with the number of visits I had to pay for that it took to get the problem, which I really think they created, FIXED. But, it IS fixed. At least for the time being. Can only rate four stars because of the time it took, the visits it took, but it is NOW working. I would have hoped they could have fixed everything in one visit.

The bottom line is they delivered as promised and left the premises as they found it. Every concern that I had before and after installation was addressed in a professional and extremely fast manner. Sometimes our expectations collide with the installer and a little bit of patience on both sides is required. What I use them again, absolutely.

I was very impressed with the timeliness of the install, from initial application to finished install. The installers were courteous and conscientious in doing their jobs as well. My only recommendation is that the installers be ready to go with enough of the product they need and that the boxes be checked for the right things to be there. I highly recommend all American Solar.

Poor After Install Service - Nonexistant! We got a great solar pool heater, electric array, and install ORIGINALLY. Service was great too. Until, we needed to replace iur roof. $8,000 to remove and reinstall. Took a day each. Electric power works great again. But - the Solar Pool Heater - has leaked virtually from day installed, despite several "Service Calls" - when they (1) Arrive Late, (2) Arrive without parts (my truck is broke down so this one is without parts), or, (3) Unable to bring a part even with a photo of it. Excellent work overall and a pleasure to work with. They completed the job timely with top quality parts. Christian, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and went over all my questions. The install crew was top notch and very personable. I would highly recommend.
