The bottom line is they delivered as promised and left the premises as they found it. Every concern that I had before and after installation was addressed in a professional and extremely fast manner. Sometimes our expectations collide with the installer and a little bit of patience on both sides is required. What I use them again, absolutely.

I was very impressed with the timeliness of the install, from initial application to finished install. The installers were courteous and conscientious in doing their jobs as well. My only recommendation is that the installers be ready to go with enough of the product they need and that the boxes be checked for the right things to be there. I highly recommend all American Solar.

Poor After Install Service - Nonexistant! We got a great solar pool heater, electric array, and install ORIGINALLY. Service was great too. Until, we needed to replace iur roof. $8,000 to remove and reinstall. Took a day each. Electric power works great again. But - the Solar Pool Heater - has leaked virtually from day installed, despite several "Service Calls" - when they (1) Arrive Late, (2) Arrive without parts (my truck is broke down so this one is without parts), or, (3) Unable to bring a part even with a photo of it. Excellent work overall and a pleasure to work with. They completed the job timely with top quality parts. Christian, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and went over all my questions. The install crew was top notch and very personable. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased solar panels from All American Solar in 2018, but we recently had a problem and the company has been unresponsive to our phone calls and e-mails. Our panels stopped metering and we were told all American solar would be monitoring them and they would know before we did that this happened, but this was not the case and when my husband called to inform them of the problem they just sent him a troubleshooting email. When this didn't work it took us 4 phones to setup a service call for $200. I was told ... read more

I have been waiting several years for someone to come up with a rooftop solar system that would integrate with my Generac generator to provide efficient whole home backup during an extended grid outage. Enphase has come up with an excellent system that does just that. I chose All American Solar to install this system for me. They are a Platinum dealer with Enphase and had done a considerable amount of beta testing on this new state of the art technology. The installation workmanship was excellent. There was good and bad in our experience with AllAmerican Solar. The good - we have a back up battery system for our solar power, which looks nice and was professionally installed. The bad - I feel the pre-installation planning process was poor. The installers arrived at our house without the proper materials for the installation, because no one had really looked at what was required for our particular house. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We shopped around for solar - also wanted to upgrade our AC, check duct work, and add more insulation! The team at All American was there for every step of the way. They responded very quickly to all phone calls and emails during our process. We signed with them 10-15-20, were installed with 60 panels early December, and passed the inspection about 2 week later.
