Claim they are "enphases platinum partener" but enphase has a service department now! JUST CONTACT ENPHASE DIRECTLY!!! All american is a Scam solar company! DO NOT USE!
This company is a money hungry scam. They treat their employees terrible, overcharge customers if they think they are dumb, and will stop contacting customers if they are deemed "too much trouble" NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, work with these scam artists!
Matt is Amazing! He explained everything to my husband regarding the repairs and the best case scenario if it did not work. Matt even responded to texts over the weekend. Looking forward to the continued business! Thank you! Tab and Will Harvey
Horrible. They had no problem taking my money without solving my problem and strung me along for 7 months before they quit. All I need is a panel under warranty, replaced. 7+ months and 600+$ later.
Excellent service. Took care of the issue quickly and professionally.
