It took some time to get everything working properly, but thanks to Matt and Logan's efforts, the system is at full functionality. Richard and Brandon also gave them the necessary support and resources to get the job finished.
I was fraudulently told my collector had failed without anyone from this company verifying by physically checking it, lies about refund and the attempt to extort $1500.00 for a non-existent restock fee (as verified by your supplier). I requested cancellation on April 21, 2026 after no work being done and received a second opinion that found collector working perfectly and a failed sensor at collector itself.
