I purchased 28 solar panels and 4 batteries from All American Solar. Additionally, I had an older solar hot water heater removed. Then the crew attached the new panels, were able to tie in to the generator and get everything working smoothly. They were able to rush and get it done before s storm hit. The crew is fantastic and great workers and friendly.
All American Solar has been responsive to calls for service and maintainence.
All-American Solar installed my system 3 years ago and I have had no problems with the quality of the materials used plus the workmanship. In the last hurricane I lost 3 panels which are about to be replaced. **** Z at All American has handled my new install from start to finish and after the initial check of the damaged system to the financing his assistance was first rate. I fully expect to work with All American in the future. **** ******
I had issues with my gateway not downloading information to my app. **** and ****** worked in tandem to find the issue and solve it. They did a great job communicating with the Enphase tech team to pinpoint the issue and resolve it.
I had All American come out to check out my solar panels after the Hurricane ******. The techs name was ****** and appeared to be well knowledgeable about the panels and the entire system. He checked everything for the panels to the electrical box There are other neighbors that used All American and when checking with them they are happy with the service the receive.

My whole house system worked like a charm, and linked perfectly with my generac propane generator, when off grid for seven days because of hurricane ******. No power outage ever here. Tiny amount of gas used at night and cloudy days to keep the batteries charged.System was sized correctly and installed very professionally in summer 2022. They were willing to work with my generac people which was important to me. Signed up solar panels in 2021 and company was great during initial process and install but lack of **************** shows after the install. Tried reaching out after install to see if a couple panels could be moved as the placed them in spots that ended up being blocked by trees and not producing, only to find out they would charge so I ended up just paying for tree to get trimmed. Present day, was contacted due to Gateway being down only to find out it would cost me at least $349 just for reboot, which may or may not work.... read more

No response to text message.</p> <p>UPDATE:</p> <p>I filed a complaint 9/23/24. That day Elizabeth contacted me. Logan completes the work within 3 days. He is excellent. He worked alone on roof thru hurricane Helene warnings. Richard has since been in constant follow up to assure system is working well.</p>
We got solar installed in 2019 after a guy came by and talked to my husband into it. we had my father-in-law who had Alzheimers and we were taking care of him. So my husband wasnt exactly in a good state to be sold bill of goods, but thats what happened. I was at work. $45K later and still doesnt even cover half the electric bill. I tried to call when I got my new roof, but they never answered never called me back so the roof people charged $1000 to take the panels off. I was supposed to get one free panel removal.
