The whole process from start to finish was amazing! When we first got our audit we had the pleasure of dealing with the owner of the company himself Mr. Brandon B***! He was very thorough and by the time he was done with our audit I felt that I had a very good understanding of what we were getting into and how awesome it was gonna be. They have been great! Everything! The customer service has been great. The installation went well and it has been working as promised. No issues, No struggles. The installers treated us really well. They were really efficient and I have no complaints all around. My bills have dropped significantly, hanging out around 30$ a month now. Thanks All American !!
Excellent service!! Attention to detail and full filled every promise! My last bill was 20$ and we gained negative credit, hit net zero and below! Installed end of March, these were my bills for April and May.
They all did a very good job. The sales guys were really good, I was surprised at how well the sales experience went. The installers were on time, professional and even nice. They made sure everything was done right even doing extra with our panels to help it make sense for our home. We have definitely seen a drop in our household expenses after the installation.
I would like to rave about this company. We have been totally happy. We have been impressed with the installers, we are impressed with salespeople, and all the follow-up visits after. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
We had a problem setting up the monitoring system, but the representative from your company (Steve) just kept coming until the problem was solved. We have not had any single concern in the year and a half since. The panels survived Mathew without a hitch and kept operating too. We are good with you guys!
AAS is great! We are saving around 30% a month on our electric. The installation was a little rough getting through the electrical inspection. Lakeland requires stricter standards but this company worked us through the whole process and kept us informed. The installers treated us very we;;. never had a problem with any of it.
Great Service and on time! Excellent follow-up, post installation. Had an issue with the water heater, had it done the next day. I had to wait longer for the inspectors than these installers. My needs were met at every turn. I was expecting issues with D********** and even D********** is getting their stuff together and the process was surprisingly smooth. The sales guys were knowledgeable, I was pleased with the overall result.
I can tell you I am very very happy. It is nice to see my bills drop extremely. The customer service over there is strong they always respond, He is a busy guy, a working guy and he always gets back to me. I am very happy.
