My case manager Miriam Irizarry consistently demonstrates exceptional performance, going above and beyond to help me with any problems that I have and ensure positive outcome for me (Kyceme) and my grandmother(Joeann) She also handle challenges effectively I needed schedule change and was done in an efficiently timely fashion.
