After seeing the disgusting treatment of animals at this facility, this place should be shut down. Horrible humans running this “business”. I can’t believe that some people think this is a humane treatment. I have seen way too many dogs come out of this place in worse condition than they arrived, I wonder what happens behind closed doors. Disgusting.

RecommendedWe adopted our pup, Tes (formerly Trinity), from this shelter a little over a year ago. She had been dumped, hit by a car and left for dead when a Good Samaritan found her. The shelter made sure she got the vet care she needed which included needing to have her leg amputated. We adopted her through this shelter as soon as she was healthy enough to go home with us and she’s been a wonderful addition to our family!
This place abuses dogs and then tries to cover it up with deceitful lies. The conditions are filthy. My friends dog was terrified when he picked him him up. He had a nasty skin rash and some wounds on his body. He asked the employees what happened to his dog and different employees told him different stories as they couldn’t keep the lies straight.
There are a lot posts about how this place mistreats animals and the conditions are bad. Authorities need to look into this place before more animals are hurt.
We got our cat from here and she is awesome, sweet and lovable. They have also help with grooming our dogs and other things.
Go through and read the comments I don't even have to explain why I would not recommend this place the comments and picture explain exactly why you should not go here. I personally know one of the horrific stories and it breaks my heart that anyone would treat an animal the way it was treated. THERE IS NO EXCUSE that would EVER be good enough for me!!!
My best friends dog was taken there for quarantine, he is not aggressive, just was playing with his owner and accidentally bit his finger. Well when they came to get him she was so rude not reassuring in the care her dog was gonna receive. When she went to the “shelter” to pay for the fees they put her pup in a rusty metal cage then proceeded to tell her he will be kept in a climate controlled area and be well cared for. All American Dogs is not an animal shelter. They are a jail for dogs. Terrible people employed here. The scum of the Earth. They abuse and neglect the animals under their care. Place needs to be shut down and the employees need to be locked up.
