There seems to be a very disturbing story of a dog named Jax circulating on Facebook. Please explain this and what actually happened to this dog. It seems to be bite marks or puncture wounds on this dog that have been there for days! Inexcusable!!!! Other rescues will tagged.
Neglectful. They lied to my friend about her dogs care. She had to take her dog to the emergency vet!
