they captured my dog from running but please clean your facility now my dog is sick and I told you my dog was a ESA animal so I shouldn't have had to pay a fee to get her out being a poor single mom. now I have to pay for a vet visit because of your shelter.

There is post regarding the recent injury to a dog in quarantine there, and they left the injury untreated for at least 8 days. I've seen the pics of the dogs infected injury along with pics of his raw swollen testicles from rusty cages. disgusting, I've always believed this to be a safe haven for animals but no longer believe that.
this a good quality shelter clean the best staff and they really try to take care of all animals brought in would recommend them
Unfortunately their handling of a dog in their care for quarantine recently left the dog seriously injured and infected. Their handling of it afterwards is why I wouldn’t recommend them. If there’s even a chance of my pet not being treated right, I’m not interested.
