Great agency to work for, getting paid weekly, great office staff.
I highly recommend this agency because at short notice they accepted our case and send a compassionate Aide to help my loved one.
I would not recommend this agency. We have been promised there is available care in our home for 3 weeks. Not once has an aide showed up. We were even given the days the aide was to be here.. There are no returned phone calls. And very delayed texts. This company is offering a false hope to have assistance with our loved one.
This is by far the worst home health care agency I have ever encountered. I am a paralyzed client who was left alone on 2 separate occasions. Also in the three months there has been a hipaa violation and I had a aide for a week who could barely communicate in English who could not call 911 when I was deathly I'll. The supervisors are proven liars( I have screenshots of text messages and emails to prove it) Do not allow these people to care for you or your loved ones.
I would not recommend to work for this company. The website is miss leading they don’t care about the clients comfort and safety, all they care about is the company/owners making money.
