Cindy is amazing, she takes time to give you the attention your hair deserves. She's always personable, smiling and radiates positive energy. I leave feeling so pretty! I have long Caucasian dirty blonde hair and she does awesome highlights fast! Eyelash extentions are always on point too! Thanks so much.
