Eric was very helpful and professional. He arrived promptly to our house and was very thorough with investigating the problem. He also gave a detailed explanation of the problem and solution. We are very pleased with his work. The cost was very comparable to other plumbers . We will definitely hire All About Plumbing in the future.

Quality of work was excellent but the price was ridiculous.
They charged me $44 to change the flapper. This made the problem worse. They came back a day later than they promised, and said it would take rebuilding the tankat a cost of $300. I declined. My son-in-law (not a plumber) changed the valves which cost $23 and it has been fine ever since. Either they were intentionally trying to price gouge me or they do not know their business. Either way, I give them the lowest ranking possible. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

We came out t due to a consent toilet leak. Her son had tried to repair for month's and couldn't fix it. WE replaced the flapper and we explained it would most likely not fix the issue and probably would need a new flush valve. We only charged her 44 dollars for a 20 part even thought our minimum is 75 dollars, to try to help her out. All About Plumbing performed a repair on my plumbing in my sink. The quality of the work was good and they showed up when they said they would. The issue I have with them is the pricing was unfair. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the initial quote was for $450. The parts that were used in the repair were less than $50. Very difficult to schedule an appointment (didn't get the message) and the plumber failed to show up (emergency). When plumber arrived he was great and worth the wait. He asked what I wanted done and then he parroted it back to make sure it was correct. He did a quick and thorough job.
Good honest company. Answeered our questions, made appropriate recommendations according to our needs and did a wonderful job installing our new waterheater.
Identified and ordered the specific part for our restaurant style sink to make sure the job was done right. And, we received professional and competent service with the installation. I would recommend this company.
