The young man explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. He even came earlier after getting permission. His quote was almost half of the other. One of the others made an appointment to give me a quote and never showed up.

Best plumbing service I've ever used. Jagger was their rep and he was amazing. He diagnosed that there was no problem so no charge. I hired him immediately for 2 more jobs, one at my business and he completed both quickly and professionally. He's a gem and the office...Ashley and Doug coordinated perfectly.
Solid professional, did the project I asked and a bit more. I will use them again.
Price seemed high, but he was there and could get the work done fast. Turned out he did a very good job, and was well worth the money.
The cost to perform the tasks that I requested was *beyond excessively* expensive. $425 for 45 minutes of work is outrageous.

The job we did for Brian involves several things. one of which was a change out of emergency gas shutoff control valve as the existing valve was not only a 1/4 inch but also outdated per California State Law. We also upgraded the supply line to a 3/8 from a 1/4 as is required per spec diagram for the gas fired appliance he wished to have installed. We also installed the gas venting system for the unit and put the unit in place. unfortunately the unit he purchased was damaged and he needed to have it repaired by sears. I thin... read more
